Bonnie Fong has worked for the Law Offices of Scott A. Miller for the last 13 years. Ms. Fong litigates on behalf of individuals and classes throughout California in matters involving wage and hour, wage theft, unfair business practices, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, complex matters, and discrimination cases. She represented clients at the Employment Development Department, EEOC, and Civil Rights Department (formally known as the Dept. of Fair Employment and Housing), Berham Hearings, and Skelly meetings and participated in Mediation. She has been approved as class counsel for at least 10 class actions. Ms. Fong was selected as a Rising Star Super Lawyer for 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. She also regularly advises individuals and non-profits regarding employment matters.
